The Wine:
A topped-up wine, so no oxidation. Flint and ocean spray on the nose. Green and yellow apples burst from the glass, the freshness of Spring flowers, with vibrant acidity as well as a slightly moreish roundness and some dried fruits. A subtle hazelnut character finishes the palate with textural layers of salted nuts and some spice. The wine is aged in large oak barrels.
